Kaiser built the model for the signing of the declaration

On 12 April 2005 an Aerospace South African Declaration was signed
at the launch of the Aerospace South Africa Network in Midrand. The
Minister of Science and Technology, Mr. Mosibudi Mangena, delivered
the keynote address at the event.
Groups committed to signing the declaration include industry partners,
government departments and groupings, research institutions, and higher
education institutions.
