In anticipation of the Highveld Thermal League happening the next
day, there weren't too many pilots out at the field. Wolfgang, Chris
and Mark were the only MMS Pilots who got to fly this weekend as the
Thermal Legue was rained out. The air was wonderful, amazing lift.
Chris alowed Jessie to fly his pane. The first attempt was a bit scary
for Jess, the aquila handles totally different to the eish. The next
attempt wasn't too bad.
The boy on the bike arrived, watched us fly and then arranged for
his Granddad to cut the grass. Hopefully we see him soon so that we
can thank him properly.
